Meadow - Firewall Restrictions

In some cases, a very restrictive network and/or firewall can block access to services that are required for the streaming experience. If you encounter any issues of this nature, please add the entire UDP port range for streaming and the use of WebRTC to your whitelist.

We have set up required for: Voice communication General Use Screen Sharing The domains for our demos are: eu.entermeadow.com int.entermeadow.com VOICE COMMUNICATION: We use a self-hosted voice server on AWS for each customer. For our DEMO instances, we utilize: Server IP: 3.64.159.148 (AWS) UDP PORT: 9987 The technology requires the DTLS protocol to be whitelisted to this destination! The technology is based on WebRTC Individual addresses will be shared on setup of your environment. GENERAL PLATFORM USE (EUROPE):

TCP 443: ec2.*.amazonaws.com .iot..amazonaws.com .execute-api..amazonaws.com .appsync-api..amazonaws.com global.stun.twilio.com (UDP/TCP on port 3478 and TCP 443)

To START the screen/webcam sharing features, the following domains have to be added on port TCP 443: director.millicast.com/api/director/publish turn.millicast.com/webrtc/turn
