Customize the Space

Important keywords

All spaces have designated areas that can be customized by you. All areas have a set of slots. Each slot can be filled with different kinds of modules.

Space

• A space represent a location inside your virtual environment

• Each space can be customized

Area

• A space holds multiple predefined areas

• An area defines a region that holds a number of customizeable slots

Area Slots

• Area slots can be filled with different kinds of modules

• They can be altered through your CMS or inside the space

Modules

• A module represents a specific type of interactive or decorative element in the space

• Some modules can be customized further by changing its contents, like videos or images

How to navigate to a specific Area Slot

You can customize the space via CMS or inside the space by editing theArea Slots.

Once you've logged into your CMS ( Accessing the CMS) you can navigate to an area slot to customize it like this:

1. On the left you can see a list of your available spaces. Click on Multi Functional Area to see a list of the areas in the space.

2. Click on one of the areas to customize it's slots.

2. Click on the edit icon to customize a slot

1. Name of the slot (when editing the areas inside the space and not via CMS the namig is the same).

2. Select a module.

3. In case the selected module has the option to add media like images and videos you can add them here. Have a look at the Available Modules for further information.

To publish your changes use the Save & Publish button in the top right.
